A content targeting website can more accurately predict users’ browsing behaviours, and put appropriate information on the web – to benefit different users. A very high level of personalisation was implemented in the newly revamped website of CU Medicine. It proactively recommends “Most Read” content to new visitors. Content recently viewed by repeat visitors is displayed on the homepage when they next visit the site.
