Project Goal

1823 provides a round-the-clock one-stop service to answer enquiries for 23 participating departments. 1823 also receives complaints, suggestions, and compliments about any area of Government services. We designed a new website with an enhanced interface, to encourage citizens to use the site instead of making phone calls for enquiries.
