Oxfam Hong Kong’s digital platform needs to serve multiple audiences — donors, volunteers, campaign supporters, and the wider public — while clearly communicating impact, accountability, and urgency.
This project focuses on restructuring information, improving accessibility, and strengthening donation-oriented journeys, so users can understand, trust, and act with confidence.
Our Approach
Restructure
We rationalised content structure and navigation so supporters can quickly understand Oxfam’s focus areas, find relevant campaigns, and reach donation entry points without friction.
Unified Resource
Programmes, emergency appeals, and fundraising initiatives were organised into a coherent system that supports both storytelling and action.
Digitalisation
Donation and fundraising journeys were designed as first-class flows within the platform, integrating giving into the overall experience rather than treating it as a separate utility.
