The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) is a tertiary institution dedicated to the advancement of learning and teaching. The institution was granted a university title in 2016. EdUHK has since then been playing a distinctive role in leading education and policy discourse, and this is what they want their website to reflect.
To present EdUHK as the community of engaged learners and eminent scholars as it is, we adopted the use of the hero banner to show the vibrant university life at the institution. The prominent search engine provides a smart search function for visitors to land on their desired page, from a campus location, information about academic units, program to professors’ profiles. A modern information architecture is adopted to showcase EdUHK’s teaching and research capabilities with their strong foundation of teacher education in Hong Kong.
