Strengthening Digital Presence Across Banking Services
ICBC (Asia)’s website serves as a key public-facing platform for communicating its banking services, products, and institutional presence to a broad audience.
As the platform expanded across multiple product categories and business areas, its structure became increasingly complex. Users faced challenges navigating services and understanding offerings, while internal teams required a more consistent framework for managing and growing content.
The revamp focused on reorganising the website into a structured and scalable system, improving usability while establishing a foundation for long-term consistency and governance.
Photo Shooting
Building a Visual Library for Consistent Brand Expression
Beyond interface and structure, the project included the development of a dedicated photo library to support the bank’s digital presence.
We worked with ICBC (Asia) to define a visual direction aligned with its brand and audience, covering both lifestyle imagery and service-related scenarios. This included planning and conducting photo shoots, as well as sourcing and curating stock images to build a cohesive and reusable image library.
The resulting visual system supports consistent use of imagery across the website and other communication channels, enabling internal teams to maintain quality and alignment as content continues to grow.
