HKU SPACE operates one of Hong Kong’s largest continuing education ecosystems, serving diverse learner segments including working professionals, secondary school graduates, and lifelong learners.

 

With thousands of programmes and frequent public enquiries, the institution required an AI-powered conversational layer capable of delivering accurate, contextual, and scalable responses — while remaining fully aligned with institutional governance and data control.

 

The objective was not simply to deploy a chatbot, but to architect an enterprise-grade AI agent framework deeply integrated with HKU SPACE’s digital platform.
